GPRA Membership dues are $85 per Jan 1 thru Dec 31 of the calendar year when purchased

 

GPRA MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

  • Exclusive access to GPRA members-only website features

  • Admission to exciting adult and children's events designed exclusively for members. 

  • Opt-in for text alerts (feature coming soon)

  • Additional communal landscaping and beautification far beyond what the Township maintains to keep our neighborhood appearance in tip-top shape

  • Monthly E-Newsletter and Email reminders of upcoming events and alerts concerning our neighborhood

  • Optional push notifications for urgent community matters 

  • Stay abreast of The Woodlands Township and Montgomery County activities affecting Grogan’s Point and utilize GPRA influence to ensure that the needs of our residents are served  

  • A printed copy of the GPRA Directory and password protected Online Directory (coming in May)

  • Assistance to new residents, help connecting to neighborhood and township resources.

  • Member-only invitation to the always anticipated and highly information Annual General Meeting (AGM) each fall

  • GPRA Security app for speedier alerts and communication (coming soon)

  • Dedicated County Constables in marked patrol vehicles (scheduled based on available funding; that's why your membership matters), as a visible police presence and to enforce traffic and criminal laws.  LEARN HOW PATROLS ARE PERFORMED HERE 

  • Coordination of Constable Vacation Watch requests HERE

  • Security equipment, including state-of-the-art cameras at the entrance to Grogan’s Point and speed signs

  • Emergency push notifications for events that require rapid responses to help keep your family and your property safe

  • The opportunity to participate in initiatives (educational and practical) to keep our streets safe and crime free
